U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services provides comprehensive official guidance on becoming a citizen. A good place to start is their Path to Citizenship. They provide excellent English and civics study materials and also provides citizenship publications and resources in other languages, including العربية, 中國的, 한국의, Español, Tagalog, and Việt.
